Why? It’s our conviction at May Day Management that the ways of thinking that brought us to where we now are cannot be expected to bring us to a better future place. All of us who lead need to now passionately facilitate paradigm shifts in our organisations’ & team’s thinking if we are to create a better future for all our people. It’s just not enough to focus thinking on cutbacks, cost reductions and hope this will re-float our economy & society when the “green shoots” appear internationally. We need to be much more radical in our thinking!

Possibility 2009+, May Day’s novel self-help participative Free “Possibility Thinking” seminar facilitates SME owners, managers and organisation leaders to start the process of drawing new frameworks around the challenging circumstances they now find themselves in and thereby create “new pathways of possibility”.
